What it is
I built Ponder because a single-pass agent review is an opinion and long sweeps silently drop the back half of the list. Pass 1 writes every unit to disk and grades each one, and every pass after that argues through four voices until two passes in a row settle.
Install
curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Quinnod345/ponder/main/install.sh | sh
It links the skill into Claude Code, Codex and OpenClaw, and puts the ponder command on your PATH. Running it again is safe.
Use it
Run /ponder in Claude Code, Codex or OpenClaw, or ask your agent to ponder a target. It ships with six built-in lenses (ui, architecture, product, tests, copy and docs) plus custom lenses, runs on Node 18+ with no npm dependencies, and passes a 101-check conformance suite.
Cost
Free. MIT licensed, on GitHub at Quinnod345/ponder.
What it never does
Ponder never edits your source files. It writes an ordered fix plan with file and line citations so you or your agent can apply the changes.
